People really wanted to learn more about the delights of eating sardines. Last weekend we bought the most amazing 5 yr aged miso and so I had to put it to good use and make two big batches of miso soup! Miso originated from China to Japan as a foreigner goods back in the early days. Most miso soups in restaurants contain gluten, either because of the brand of miso used or the soy sauce added.
